About Natural Ark
Natural Ark is a personal blog exploring wellness through the concepts of natural living. We will research and discover topics on healthy lifestyles rooted in nature and passed down from our ancestors. This may include sharing and evaluating lifestyle choices, natural remedies, home projects, self-help guides, and product reviews.
My name is Noah. I’m infinitely curious and constantly exploring the many paths towards living a more natural life. The modern world is full of pitfalls, many of which are unseen. Like many on similar paths, I embarked on this journey as the harms of modern civilization have been revealed to me.
The Natural Journey
Many people embark on this journey. The journey is different for everyone, but the goals are similar – trying to seek some type of balance between modern conveniences and the ways of an older, more natural existence.
There are many paths along this journey – some strict, requiring a high level of determination and discipline, and others not so regimented. This is evidenced by the vast array of frameworks, systems, and methodologies you encounter along the way. It’s all about choices. I like the idea of living on a natural, self-sustaining homestead. Still, I’m realistic that this is not an option, given my personal circumstances. But I do envy and admire those who have made this choice.
I try to be pragmatic given my circumstances and stage in life. We are all different and we all start this journey from vastly different environments and locations. Everyone has to evaluate their situation and make choices on how to pursue a more natural life. For me, I pick and choose my battles. What works for me may not work for you or fit your framework.
